Serving clients throughout Southwest United States, B&D provides complete general contracting, architectural, engineering, electrical, construction, program management, communications, and maintenance services on a single responsibility basis.  The company’s expertise spans industrial, commercial, institutional, and public projects.

Our roots started at Kirtland AFB and Sandia National Laboratories,  B&D was the Division 16 electrical contractor on the very first computer microchip facility, the Micro Electronics Lab, Building 870 at SNL. B&D has also worked on projects such as Integrated Materials Research Laboratory, Process Engineering Technology Laboratory, Robotic Manufacturing Science & Engineering Laboratory, Joint Computational Engineering Laboratory Sandia Production Computing, Philips Labs, Philips Semiconductor, and many more.

At B&D our highest value is safety. Our award-winning safety program is one piece of our overall Quality Management Program (QMP) rather than a separate department or function.  Our focus and purpose sets three standards, Quality, Productivity, and Safety as equals in our daily work lives.  Every department and every employee is responsible for maintaining all three simultaneously. Our employees are highly trained and OSHA certified. Our safety plan is available for review and we will customize and train our employees to meet the customer’s specific needs.
